Impact adopts cutting-edge eAutomate technology

Impact, the successful provider of multi-channel contact centre solutions, has joined the vanguard of innovative companies which have adopted eAutomate, the latest product from business automation specialist Etellect.

It is the latest major company to adopt eAutomate, and is assuming the role of Etellect ambassador by promoting the benefits of Etellect's business automation suites to its own portfolio of clients, which includes Urban Outfitters, The Royal College of Midwives and Hamleys.

eAutomate provides the technology suite for Impact and it will benefit from the automation aspects and the access to all the other services which Etellect can provide such as marketing and other systems which we have developed.

eAutomate co-ordinates super-efficient autobots to control all aspects of business processes. It will create a collection of all Etellect's products, including base technologies such as eCommerce, Integrated Communications, CRM and Business Intelligence, in a framework which allows businesses to control all their processes in one dashboard.
